“The building is a little on the older side but the convenience makes up for it. They cleaned the room every day. The staff was always respectful and kind. There’s a free laundry area on site. There’s a 7-11 right across the street and literally down the street from the base. You can walk to the train and the mall in 10-20 min.”

“駅近で良かった。”

“1. Our AC was broken. Instead of changing our room, they give us a fan. 2. There’s no elevator to the ground floor. We have to take our big luggage on the escalator.”

“清潔で設備も申し分なかった。”

“当日近くの海岸で波が高く車が海水を浴びました。ホテルに到着した時、事情を言って洗車をお願いしたところ、快く対処していただき助かりました。感謝、感謝です。”

“Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking ! Check in was easy and friendly. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away and they have a Family Mart about a 5-10 minute walk away. The beach is also only a 10-15 walk away so this is a very conveniently located hotel. It is a traditional Japanese home though so don't expect comfy king size beds, tvs, couches or much...

“Very well maintained property. Very spacious! Walkable distance to Enoshima island and beach. It was so good to explore Enoshima anytime of day, as it’s so close to it. Electric line Enoshima station 4mins walking distance. We explored Kamakura with it. There’s monorail station again 5 mins walking distance, we explored Ofuna via it. Location is gold💚and safe. Easy check in-out. Host is super nice. Always great with communication. Thank you.😊”
