Granted our stay was over Halloween weekend, but seeing that there are bars and clubs less than a block away leads me to believe that it's all the time. “The house was very clean and well organized. It was comfortable for all 7 of us. The only issue was with the coffee maker. It was a pod coffee machine and there was only 3 pods available for 6 coffee drinkers. Maybe mentioning what type of coffee maker was available would help other visitors to bring their own pods. ”
