En general todo está muy bien, es un hotel bastante nuevo... la comida está rica. Lo recomiendo. Lo único que no me agradó del todo, es que un día limpian el cuarto y el otro no. Hablé a recepción para preguntar por qué... y la respuesta que obtuve fue que se disculpaban por el inconveniente, pero que estaban cortos de personal.

Our stay was short but sweet. The rooms are spacious and clean and we felt comfortable after a long night of travel. The receptionist at check in was genuinely kind and helpful. Parking was a breeze! I just wish we had more time to explore Tupelo.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Just a beautiful facility. Everything about it is new and ultra modern. I loved my stay and would obviously return. The on site restaurant is both unusual and excellent. Also, I unknowingly dropped a key in my room. Not long after I left I received a text from the hotel with a picture of the key and an offer to mail it to me. Wow — eye impressive.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. However it was really noisy. I could hear the man in the next room talking clearly on his phone and...well bathroom functions. The alarm clock in the other next door room sounded so much like it was in our room i tried to find it to turn it off in my sleepy haze. Also...the trains. So upside...it was everything you could ask for in a hotelso 5*'s but no sleeping.

Hotel was impeccable and everything from the staff to the room was excellent. My only qualm is I really wish there was a way to control the parking situation because even though there are clearly marked hotel parking, other people are taking these for hours at time. So the hotel guest is parking a block away at times which is frustrating when other hotels have a better grip on their parking.

The receptionist at the front desk was exceptional. She let me view a few rooms to find the right place to accommodate my husband. He is disabled and the room we had at first did not work. The property was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Overall a wonderful stay
Clean and very comfortable. There was no hand soap to wash your hands but we made due. We wanted to make a drink in our room but there were only those small plastic cups to use. There was no vending or place in the lobby for us to get snacks so we ended up going to a gas station. The only microwave they had was down in a room off from the front desk. It really wasnt a bad stay at all, but just a couple of things missing that could have really made our night top tier.

Don’t Miss This Stay
Looked interesting online. More than interesting-FABULOUS!!!! Hotel newly remodeled and they didn’t spare any expense. Rooms with king bed that I would want in my home, pillows most comfortable I’ve experienced. Staff very friendly and inviting. Bar/Restaurant top notch as was the service! Food 5 Star. Had our standard Poodle with us as we were returning from a 3 week stay at Panama City Beach and they greeted her with a nice treat gift package including a Tupelo bandana. Very dog friendly. We will definitely return to explore Tupelo as it looked clean, friendly and historic. Well done Hotel Tupelo!!!!!

Wonderful place to stay
Had to stay in order to be close to work due to inclement weather. Have stayed in this hotel multiple times and have always been 100% satisfied. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, and an excellent restaurant bar and restaurant downstairs.

Room was very roomy had very tall ceilings and large windows. Bed slept really good and all the accommodations were well proportioned. There was nothing negative about my stay. Planning on staying again in the near future.

I was on the 4th floor. It was very noisy with lots of kids and slamming doors. The hot water was not working the shower.. it was cool. I didn’t like the fact bottle water was in the room and cost $3. should be complimentary. The mini fridge did not get cold enough. Just cool
