A charming studio apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, located in an enviable setting just a 5-minute walk from the Mole Antonelliana and the Royal Gardens, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood suitable for any type of stay. We’re right on the edge of the historic center, which can be reached by public transportation or a pleasant walk. We’re close to the nightlife districts (San Salvario, Vanchiglia), and all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay are nearby.



The 40-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and consists of a single open-plan space with a kitchenette and sleeping area.

The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, manual citrus juicer, moka pot, non-electric kettle, and microwave. The sleeping area features a double bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.

Additional amenities available to guests: washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating with a boiler, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

How to get to the apartment:

- From Turin Caselle Airport, you can take the shuttle bus that departs every 20 minutes from the airport and goes to Porta Nuova Station, or take a taxi.

- From Turin Porta Nuova Station, you can easily reach the apartment via public transit on Line 24, which ends at Vanchiglia, just 100 meters from the apartment.

- The apartment is located on the edge of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL): please be mindful of access restrictions if traveling by car. On-street parking is metered in the blue-lined zones. Alternatively, you can park for a fee at Vittorio Park, located at Piazza Vittorio Veneto 14/G, a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
