“Room was full of dirty laundry and bedsheets. No staff on duty. Nobody answered the phone. Other guests were leaving because of broken shower and no toilet paper. I had no choice but to get another hotel. 2 hours later I received an email that they had assigned the wrong room. Too late. I want a refund of my prepayment.”

“The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the heart of the wharf Note - this is similar to a hostel … but no lounge area or staff. It is simply a hall with bedroom doors, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and laundry. So no place to connect or sit outside of your bedroom. No staff for questions or security. The small room is simple - bed and nightstand and small high window . Linens fresh … Also note - it’s a five storey old building with winding stairs and no elevator - so not ideal for anyone...
