>All reservations made within 2 weeks of the date of arrival are subject to require in-person Government-issued ID verification.

>If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

>Please enter the correct number of people for an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.

>NO PETS allowed at this property.

>For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.

• This unit is on the 4th floor and there are NO ELEVATORS

• Guests are welcome to check in at 4:00 PM CST.

• Kindly check out by 10:00 AM CST.





House Rules:

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Parties/events are not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.



Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.



Additional Guest Fee:

• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 6 people.





Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we stay up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, as well as provide both our guests and properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
