Overall our stay was good. We loved the main living area looking over the pool and the space upstairs where the kids could hang out and enjoy a movie. However there were some things that could be improved. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned at all, this meant we couldn’t check in at the agreed time and had to wait three hours for the property to be cleaned after a long drive with four children. Mistakes happen but we had been sent an email a few hours earlier telling us the host had checked the property to ensure it was ready. We were offered two hours late check out but as we had a long drive home we couldn’t make use of this. We had difficulties with electricity when we were there with the lights/fan not working in the downstairs bedroom, there was a sign saying the spa upstairs didn’t work, and the power point in the garage sparking, which the host responded to promptly and it was replaced. I feel for the price we paid for the property, maintenance and attention to detail could have been better.
