This beach house suits everyone from families wishing to enjoy the water, couples wanting some quiet and private time away to relax and those that need to work while taking a holiday. Pottsville Beach Retreat comfortably sleeps 8 (6 adults & 2 kids) and you can bring your much-loved dog, who will have their very own bed, treats & fun. Ideally located right on the river the home enjoys privacy and water views.

The entire beach house is yours to enjoy, with direct access to the water straight from the back deck, a double kayak and stand-up paddle boards for you to use and an outdoor shower to wash the beach off or wash the dog when you return. The massive kitchen with its huge open windows for serving directly to the outside dining area is well equipped & has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The house is fitted with unlimited highspeed WIFI to ensure that the need of every guest is met and there are no arguments over download speeds (come on, we have all been there , who needs that while you are on holidays)


This beautiful house is fully air-conditioned with a brand new ducted air conditioner controlled by an iPad touch screen that allows you to set each room to your desired temperature. A timber fireplace takes centre stage in the lounge room with plenty of timber supplied, for those cold nights. Fitted throughout are Clipsal ICONIC light switches with backlit buttons so you can easily find your way around after dark.
There is everything you could need for the kids, a port-a-cot and highchair as well as a box of toys, puzzles, books and boardgames. There are some games for the adults including, Bocce, Croquet and Kubb. The double garage has bikes, helmets as well as beach toys, beach chairs, a cricket set and water toys.

Park your car & walk everywhere. Across the road is a well-stocked and well-priced convenience store, a Bakery, a Chemist, Potty Mouth Pizza & the Tavern. A short 5-minute walk away is the IGA, Chemist, News-agency, Cafe's, Pipit Restaurant & a Thai, Japanese, Chinese & Mexican Restaurant.

Pottsville Beach Retreat is in a residential area & is not available for parties, gatherings, or end of school celebrations.
