You book on line and you are told the check in and out times and that your door will be unlocked and the key on the table. Same way at check out. Leave door unlocked and key on the table. No staff is present. Actually, the door was locked 30 minutes past check in necessitating a call to the contact #. Someone showed maybe 10min. later. The water from the faucet was cloudy. “Was okay for a fishing trip at the last minute, but was certainly not ideal for a couples getaway. Never was able to get on the internet. Key was not left in the room and was delayed in getting on the lake while waiting to get a key. Was definitely not what was expected based upon the picture on the site.
