“Had a great stay in Manitowoc to visit some family. House was clean and cozy and close to downtown bars and restaurants. A quick drive to the waterfront or the beach in Two Rivers. Kitchen had everything you could need and the board games would be a nice addition for families. Check in was a breeze and the manager was great to work with and responded to questions promptly. Overall it was a great night and I would stay again!”

“This property is in a great location and has potential but we cannot recommend in its current state. The place is superficially clean, in part but requires a deep cleaning. It is incredibly cluttered with cheap, trashy items. The cupboards are filled with expired food. There are no places to open your suitcases but on the bed or couches. “The property manager put in a lot of work to get this ready. Beautiful furnishings and decor! They were accommodating with requests for a full size coffee maker in addition to the Kuerig they had. They also provided wine glasses and a cork screw upon request, although some water/juice/drink glasses would also be nice. “Our family of six had a great time. Quiet and peaceful by the riverfront. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit, but did take advantage of the chairs and brick paver area around the fire pit. Lots of seating in the outdoor areas. The fire pit is perfectly placed right by the river frontage. Jeff was a very good host, with helpful texts and a phone call. The house is cute, tidy and functional. The local Pick and Save is within walking distance. Fishing supplies and tackle were also close by...
