“Staff were amazing, shout out to Rob in the bar, willing to go out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and adaptable, creating a mocktail which was delicious and exactly what I had wanted. Unfortunately, these days, if something is not a quick fix then customer service often goes out of the window… not here! All staff were attentive and happy to acknowledge requests when necessary. Breakfast service was wonderful, great selection which was replenished...

“Does what it says on the can. Great place for breaking up a long journey. However beware there is NO air conditioning, although a fan was provided there were no electrical sockets anywhere near the bed.”
