“I booked this room for my daughter. When she arrived, it was late, after a long and already frustrating day. When she pulled back the covers on her bed she found hair all in the bed. She stated there were also bugs in the room. When she tried to address with the staff, she was told repeatedly, through the interpretations of the staff member's children, that they had cleaned the room.
