“We absolutely LOVED this place! We were vacationing with our two toddlers (ages 2&3) and my sisters family with her two toddlers (1&3) and this place was absolutely PERFECT! We could all still enjoy the beach while our kids were napping because everything was right there! No one had to haul anything to the beach, they had all the sand toys you could want, and more! One step off the porch and you’re in the sand! Loved it! And so did all the kids and adults!! Will definitely be staying again!!”

“The condo was beautiful and exceptional! We had everything we needed and more. It was obvious that time had been taken to think through the processes of what people may need. “This property was so clean, the views out the windows were spectacular, and the water is right there! I greatly enjoyed the kayak and my dog just loved the privacy he had to play in the water. “This condo was spacious and lovely. Nicely decorated and very pristine. The view was amazing as well as the sunsets! Enjoyed the delightful pool overlooking the water and marina. “For 2 busy professionals, staying at this property was restorative, delightful and invigorating. We stopped by a local farm, rode bikes & played golf, rose to the sunrise over the water and took sunset photos on the dock (embarrasing but true) and enjoyed the local crab/seaside fare. It is a casual, rural setting with every detail considered and amazing host communication. A+”

“We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. ”

“This is a charming place, full of really nice interior touches. The location gives you access to some great marshland so you are treated to a daily dose of great bird sightings, including ospreys, red-winged blackbirds, herons and others. “My family stayed here for my son’s wedding in Reedville . Despite the rain it was a lovely weekend. This house was fantastic. The upstairs living space was spectacular. The beds were oh so comfortable! I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the Reedville area.”
