“We didn’t arrive to this hotel until after midnight and we checked out quite early, so we didn’t use the bar or any of the facilities or stay for breakfast. I can say that the room was fine, everything is provided that you might need, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only complaint was that the fan was dusty so we couldn’t use it and we couldn’t have the window open because the bins were under our window and were smelly. Would stay again.”

“Staff not very frienly”

“Nothing like the fotos. Dirty. Old. We changed room twice and unable to find a decent room. Noisey bathroom extraction fans that wouldn’t turn off. The receptionist gave us ear plugs as it’s a common problem. Cold rooms heated by electric heaters that smell of burning. ”

“Local amenities were for for purpose. It's a student-orientated area with a large supermarket 3 minutes away. Ideal for picking anything up you might need.”

“This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

“A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.”

“A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. ”

“Positives : close to the airport and has parking. However, the room was terribly hot and there was no fan. If you opened the window the traffic, which is constant, could be heard even louder. The surfaces were sticky (bedside tables and coffee table) plus the bathroom had a terrible smell of drain. The mattress was sagging.
