“The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. ”

“My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort. I had booked the entire 3 bedroom villa which says sleeps 9, and...

“The staff were very helpful, but the room was inefficient, the curtain broken, the biggest room has tiny bathroom, hot water was not enough for more than 5 minutes shower, with that enormous room has tiny fireplace, it was very cold, the room keys were not work properly. I was disappointed. ”

“Habitación agradable, aunque sin smartTV... Y una mancha en el baño… Evidentemente este hotel no vale 130 euros la noche, NO HAN ESTADO A LA ALTURA. De los hoteles más caros en Vietnam y el peor servicio… NO LO RECOMIENDO. Le pongo 1 estrella porque para la calidad del hotel la atención no es la correcta. “Gia đình chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở Kim Ngân Hills Resort. Tôi đặt villa 4 phòng ngủ nhưng chị chủ đã nâng cấp villa của tôi lên villa lớn hơn có 5 phòng. Một buổi tối trời mưa, chúng tôi quyết định ăn đồ nướng tại resort, chị Ngân đã tận tay chuẩn bị bữa đồ nướng và lẫu nấm gà. Trời mưa lạnh mà đồ ăn nóng quá ngon. Cám ơn đã cho chúng tôi kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời.”
