A grocery store is literally 2 blocks away if you find you need any food and there is also a Walgreens, gas station, Taco Bell and other small restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. “First appearance was scary and the garage smelled like cat urine and was cramped with garage "stuff" which made it non accessible, BUT... The downstairs quarters were very clean and the mattresses were awesome ! There is a closet set up as a play area for the kids and the 3 boys we had loved all the new toys to play with. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works. We didn't feel like we were in a basement because everything was wide open and bright. The owners have done a fine job...

Sephlin even stocked the fridge with eggs, the kitchen with oatmeal, pancake mix, syrup, teas, hot chocolate, spices etc. She literally thought of every detail.
