“New hotel, large 800sq ft room at an affordable rate. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Restaurants, trains and convenience stores were all closeby. Quoet neighborhood.”

“This hotel is on par! They do not offer cleaning service everyday but they have rules for guests to follow to help maintain the rooms clean. They also have a kitchen and laundry access in the rooms which was a big help. If you need anything, there’s always a staff in the main lobby to help. Also, close location to trains. We will recommend this hotel to others and plan to rebook if we visit again.”

“This property worked great for our family of 5. We didn't realize we had booked multi level property, it is separated into 4 levels. Our kids loved each staying on their own level. We could prominently hear street traffic and noise. We appreciated the option to store our luggage at the property - the host is very communicative and helpful. We loved our time in Ueno.”
