The garden and outdoor areas of the villa in Puglia
It`s surrounded by a 9000-sqare-meter garden with olive trees and vines, Mediterranean scrub and a small pine forest, Villa Teresa is ideal for a holiday in close contact with the nature, thanks to its outdoor equipped ares. The stone benches that date back to the 1800 are still intact. This villa is fenced so pets are allowed. Moreover, there are barbecue and covered outdoor areas ideal at lunch or dinner.

The rooms of Villa Teresa, holidays between luxury and history
The 250-square-meter villa consists of a living room with comfortable sofas by the fireplace under a suggestive barrel-vaulted ceiling and a spacious dining area, a super-equipped kitchenette and kitchen and a storage room.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets (two
double bedrooms and one with a sofa bed for two guests); two of these
rooms have access to the garden. There are two bathrooms with shower.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as crib, playground, television, stereo and library.

Near the city centre and the sea
Villa Teresa is an exclusive luxury villa, ideal for families or groups of friends that wish for a holiday in Puglia near the beaches of the Ionian coast. It`s near Casarano and a short drive away from the sandy golden beaches of Torre San Giovanni. Gallipoli is 13 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Central Air Conditioning in corridor of the sleeping area.
- The third bedroom is with double sofa bed, smaller than the others, but still comfortable.

- Pets only admitted outside.
