This space, designed for relaxation and sharing, is harmoniously connected to the kitchen, equipped with a kitchenette and equipped with everything necessary for those who love to prepare their meals even on vacation. The rooms are well-kept, functional and ready to accommodate every daily need.
The sleeping area is organized with an air-conditioned, intimate and comfortable double bedroom, preceded by a twin bedroom that is also air conditioned, which acts as a passage environment, making the layout ideal for families or small groups of friends. The bathroom, complete and well maintained, is equipped with a bathtub perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation at the end of the day.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
