Greenwood is a beautifully restored 19th-century farmhouse set on a private, gated 6+ acre estate, offering a rare combination of luxury, space and rural charm just minutes from Milton village, Narrawallee Inlet and a 5-minute drive to Mollymook Beach.

It offers beautifully appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms and an alfresco outdoor living space with pizza oven facing due west for the perfect sunsets, overlooking the surrounding sub-tropic rainforest.

Surrounded by manicured lawns, mature trees and open paddocks, the property feels wonderfully secluded while remaining close to some of the South Coast’s best dining and coastal attractions. Guests are free to wander the gardens, enjoy the orchard and enclosed organic vegetable garden, or relax beneath the wisteria-covered pergola, particularly stunning in spring.

The main farmhouse features three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Singles), two spacious bathrooms including one with a bathtub, and a separate laundry with an additional shower and toilet outside.

A separate historic butter barn, located just a few meters from the main house, provides an additional double bed, perfect for extended family, friends or those seeking extra privacy. This is only meters from the outdoor shower/toilet and laundry. This is probably not ideal for small children given it is separated from the house.

Living and dining areas are light-filled and open onto wide verandas overlooking the gardens, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The decorative kitchen retains its original charm while offering modern functionality, and original features such as timber floors, French doors and a working fireplace are complemented by contemporary comforts including air conditioning, underfloor heating and complimentary Starlink WiFi.

The theme room is ideal for entertaining featuring another kitchen, sitting area, indoor fireplace and a desk for those that need to do some work.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 12-metre inground magnesium swimming pool with day beds, expansive lawns for children to play, and an alfresco entertaining area complete with a pizza oven, bar and sunset views across the surrounding sub-tropical rainforest.

The property is also home to two miniature donkeys (Maverick and Goose), four friendly Valais Blacknose sheep and three chickens, delighting guests of all ages and providing fresh eggs daily.

With ample paddock parking suitable for cars, boats or caravans, Greenwood is an ideal setting for relaxed long weekends, family holidays and memorable farm stays where guests can truly slow down, reconnect and unwind.

Guests have exclusive access to Greenwood Milton, including the farmhouse, gardens, pool and surrounding grounds.

For safety and operational reasons, the working sheds located discreetly at the rear of the bar area are not included in guest access.

Self check-in is available via lock box, providing flexibility and privacy on arrival. The hosts are easily contactable via phone or the Airbnb app should you need any assistance during your stay, while always respecting your space and privacy.

This is a working rural property set on over six acres, and while the gardens and grounds are meticulously maintained, guests should expect a natural farm environment. Friendly resident animals live on the property and are part of the experience. Children should be supervised at all times when outdoors, particularly around the pool and farm animals.
The property offers a peaceful, private setting and is best suited to families and small groups seeking a relaxed farmstay. Quiet hours apply in line with local regulations to ensure the enjoyment of all.
House Guidelines

We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer.
To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm.
● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings.
● We have a no sand policy in the house and before entering the pool, please remove sand before entering (can use the shower on balcony)
● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms.
● Leave furniture in its original position.
● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily.

Pet Rules
- We allow small non-shedding dog only inside, all other dogs MUST be outside (Max 2 dogs only)
- No pet is allowed on our furnishings, please (including beds), we recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside)
- If you can please ensure dogs are supervised near the chickens and donkeys
