Un descanso en Bandrake Barn ofrece descanso y relajación. Disfrute caminando en el Parque Nacional de Lake District con Fells, montañas, lagos y senderos forestales. Planta baja:
Sala de estar / comedor: con estufa de leña eléctrica, TV inteligente de 32 pulgadas con canales Freeview, reproductor de DVD y vigas.
Cocina: con cocina eléctrica, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas y lavadora.
Dormitorio 1: con cama super grande con cremallera y eslabones (pueden ser camas gemelas a pedido).
Cuarto de baño con ducha en el baño y aseo.
Cuarto de baño: con cabina de ducha, inodoro y escalera que conduce a .... Primer piso:
Dormitorio 2: con cama de matrimonio. Calefacción central de gasoil, electricidad, ropa de cama, toallas y wifi incluidos. Paquete de bienvenida. . Patio con muebles de jardín y barbacoa. Jardín cerrado (compartido con los propietarios). Tienda de bicicletas. Estacionamiento privado para 2 autos. No Fumar. Nota: no se admiten niños menores de 8 años. Hay un estanque en el jardín, a 10 metros de distancia .. El granero de Bandrake se remonta a 1824 y es un granero de piedra convertido que alguna vez se utilizó para albergar al entrenador y los caballos para los propietarios de la casa de Bandrake. El granero se ha convertido a un buen estándar, conservando algunas de sus características originales, incluidas las vigas de roble expuestas que le dan el carácter que se merece. Está a solo 20 minutos en coche de Coniston Water y Grizedale Forest, donde puede correr, andar en bicicleta y visitar Go Ape si se siente aventurero. Bowness y Windermere están a solo 20 minutos en coche.

Excellent location and wonderful knowledgeable hosts. We had a great holiday. Cottage is well decorated and well equipped. Local pub food was awesome as well. Can't wait to go back in winter. Highly recommended.

The garden was enclosed and so perfect for our 2 dogs, there was even a dog bowl and dog towels to use. This was a perfect place to s as it is approx 25mins from either Coniston or Windermere lake.

This was a perfect place to s as it is approx 25mins from either Coniston or Windermere lake. Also similar distance to Grizedale forest. So plenty of different places to explorer. We did have brilliant weather so we're able to make the most of everything, long treks, lazy days by the lake, active go ape at grizedale! Cottage was very comfortable with all the mod cons, owners live next door and always available to give advice on best ways and places to go. Lovely garden so sit and relax in the evening. We spent 4 nights at Bandrake Barn and had a wonderful time. The Barn was immaculate and so well equipped. The location was perfect for us, not too far from local amenities but far enough to get the peace and quiet we were looking for. The local pub is excellent and only a short walk. Stunning Cottage in a Stunning Location, had a fantastic 3 night stay here. Met on arrival by Host and shown round cottage, Lynne explains how all utilities work and offers advice on local area, we were left a welcome drink in fridge. Cottage is beautiful, well equipped and spotless. We will be back and hopefully for longer next time.

This was a most welcome relaxing few days away and very enjoyable.

This was a most welcome relaxing few days away and very enjoyable. There was nothing to complain about at all, the barn had all the facilities we needed and more. We needed a place that had a closed in garden to ensure our dog could go out and also space to let him move about and be safe. Also we both needed somewhere that we could relax and have a chilled out week end and we fully got this. The decor within is to a high standard and well laid out, whilst it had 2 x double bedrooms we used the downstairs bedroom but could easily have used the upstairs as both were so comfortable & enviting. In the evening we stayed in as it was so relaxing and we ended up have a lie in each morning which has not happened for a very long time !! The owners have done an excellent job in converting the barn and we would have no hesitation in staying again. Getting about was very easy and the location is right in between Coniston & Windermere lakes, but set in a secluded hamlet. Parking is just right outside the front door. The arrival instructions provided by the owners & information provided in the barn are excellent. If you are a couple or 2 x couples then this is the place for you.

We had an extremely comfortable stay in the cottage. It contained everything we required. It is in a very scenic location which is great for walks and it was pet friendly. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would return to the cottage on future holidays.

We had a fantastic stay at Bandrake Barn. Lynn, the owner, welcomed us on arrival. The property was spotlessly clean and the facilities were all high spec. The garden was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend staying here. A car is needed to get to the shops etc. We'd definitely come back.

Beautiful dog secure garden, 2 couples with 2 dogs. Best rented accommodation any of us have ever stayed in. Brilliant attention to detail and every conceivable piece of equipment provided. Too rural for some but just what we wanted.
