    Built in 2017, the flat (50 m²), which has been furnished with care and love in a modern style, offers everything you need for a holiday in complete comfort. The holiday flat is located in a holiday home with 6 similar flats. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparija, which is part of the Savudrija-Umag area. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air, nature and peace thanks to the area's pine forests. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija Lighthouse, built in 1818. The beach is a good 900 metres away and can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. Excellent accommodation with everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. The nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebbly, rocky, a beach for every taste. The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and form every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation close to the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. The restaurant and petrol station are only 200m away. The nearest supermarket at 1200m in the village of Bašanija. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, relaxing walks along the coast or cycling, water sports, horse riding, for golf lovers the Golf Club Adritic golf course with 18 holes at 3 km distance, tennis courts at 1.5 km distance, for nightlife just go to Bassania, in the bar Bora Bora, which is located by the sea near the famous lighthouse Savudrija.
