Built in 2018, this well-appointed property sits in a quiet, sunny position at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring complete privacy and serenity throughout your stay. The fully fenced private grounds extend across 500 m2 and feature a beautifully maintained garden with lawn, providing a lush and inviting setting for relaxation. The angular swimming pool, measuring 7 x 3 m with a depth of 150 cm, is available seasonally from 01 May to 30 September and is equipped with an internal staircase for easy access, with pool maintenance handled directly by the owner. A covered parking space is available on the premises, offering convenience and security for your vehicle. The property benefits from wireless internet access throughout, keeping you connected during your stay. A tennis court is available 1.5 km from the property, while the surrounding area provides ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and leisure.

The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC.
