Built in 2017 and spread across 4 storeys, this impressive property is composed of 2 houses rented together as a single unit, offering generous space and privacy for your stay. The villa sits within a private fenced plot of 200 square metres and benefits from shared access to a beautifully maintained garden of 2,000 square metres, complete with lush lawn and mature plants. Two angular heated swimming pools, each measuring 8 by 4 metres with a depth of 140 centimetres, are available for your enjoyment throughout the entire year, from 01 January to 31 December. Seamless connectivity is ensured through Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property, while a parking area accommodating up to 4 cars is conveniently located on the premises. An EV charging station is also available for guests travelling with electric vehicles, reflecting the property's commitment to modern comfort and sustainability.

    On the ground floor, the villa features a living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace, designated for decorative purposes, along with satellite TV and air conditioning. This space opens directly onto a terrace. An open kitchen is also located on this floor, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all served by air conditioning. 2 separate WCs complete the ground floor layout.

    On the first floor, 4 bedrooms are arranged in 2 distinct configurations. The first 2 rooms each feature 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, each with a private bath and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The remaining 2 rooms on this floor each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, also with a private bath and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

    On the second upper floor, a further 4 bedrooms are arranged in 2 configurations. The first 2 rooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, with a shower and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The other 2 rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, also with a shower and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

    On the lower ground floor, a dedicated entertainment area houses a billiard table, a darts station, and a table football table, all served by air conditioning and a separate WC.

    The property also benefits from 2 covered terraces of 20 square metres each, furnished with terrace furniture and 8 deck chairs, offering views of the swimming pool.
