The dining room, equally equipped with air conditioning, provides another exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first of these features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen satellite TV, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom is also furnished with 1 french bed of the same dimensions and opens onto the balcony.
