The comfortable air-conditioned apartment for up to 4 people located on the raised ground floor of a family house in Umag. The location is sunny, quiet but still close to all the necessary facilities. The sandy beach is 1.6 km away, the supermarket, park and bar are 350 m away.The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, large living room which is used as a bedroom (without door), with double bed, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, sofa and armchair, exit to the equipped terrace of table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, hob, oven, fridge and dining table with chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet and bathtub.
