A second bedroom on this level mirrors a similar configuration, featuring a French bed of the same dimensions, a private bathroom with a bathtub and WC, satellite TV, and its own terrace exit. A third bedroom also on this floor offers a French bed of 195 cm by 210 cm, a shower and WC, satellite TV, and terrace access.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room as well as an additional shower and WC. Moving to the upper floor, a spacious living and dining room with satellite TV provides an elegant communal space, with direct access to a terrace.
