New apartment, Mare, with a private jacuzzi in Umag

Relax and recharge in this oasis of peace and elegance. The house is located in the small village of Špinel, only 1,500 m from the center of Umag and 2,500 m from the beach. The newly and stylishly furnished apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living area, a terrace, and a private hot tub. Ideal accommodation for families or two couples seeking relaxation.

The new Mare apartment is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table, and chairs. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV, while a small guest bathroom includes a washbasin and toilet. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, while the second features two joined single beds and a satellite TV. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, bidet, and toilet. From the ground-floor living room, there is access to a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a small garden with a barbecue and private hot tub. In front of the house, there are two private parking spaces and a free charging station for electric vehicles.

* Registration fee of €7 per person to be paid in cash upon arrival.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is permitted in the garden or on the terrace, while smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.

* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest hours,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and dishwasher when leaving the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation's equipment with care,
- to empty the bins and wash any used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay.
