On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, along with a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. A shower room with WC is also located on this level, as well as a separate WC on the lower ground floor. Direct access from the living area leads out to the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. On the upper floor, 3 well-appointed bedrooms are arranged to ensure comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, WC, and a corner bath, as well as individual air conditioning and direct access to a terrace. The second bedroom also offers 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a shower room with WC, with air conditioning also provided in this room.
