The new and modern apartment "Gebhard" is located on the ground floor and basement and has a living space of approx. 150 m². On the ground floor there is a large open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, in the living area a fireplace with a bench and living area and a large dining area. On this floor there are also two bathrooms and a double room. There is a double room in the basement
with access to the terrace and a triple room and a twin room.
A leisure room with table tennis and toys for children is available in the house. In the garden there is a seating area with a grill and a playground with a trampoline. (usable from March depending on the weather) Parking spaces are located directly by the house.

The holiday home Tyrol can also be booked as a complete holiday home and offers space for up to 18 people.
