“Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.”

“Very dissappointed in the general state of the apartment also please note these do not have the balcony terrace as in photos only a few have we where told. The microwave oven in shocking condtion . There is no sea view There was no batteries in the remote for the aircon . Very bellow standard finishing touches ,cutlery was not clean . Only street side parking available would not recommend this appartment to anyone”

“The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!”

“The view and location was absolutely fabulous. The cleaning staff was really helpful and friendly. Beach, supermarkets and restaurants were all in walking distance. I will definitely come back. ”

“The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban”

“Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…”
