“Needs to be much more customer and traveller oriented on your inside restaurant and Bar needs to be much more colourful and separate.”

“Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

“Everything was perfect”

“I didn't find anything i didn't like! All staff were very friendly and hospitable Swimming on the beach was great! I will holiday there at "Sun n Sea " whenever I get a chance!”

“Nice facility, our room was fairly unique with some fake rock. Our daughter's room had a cool outdoor bathtub. You get great use of two other Thambapanni resorts in the area. Rooms are large and interesting. Very musty. The air conditioner needed to be maintained to keep mildew out. Clothes drying rack, nice bathroom and good breakfast. Super accommodating staff. Unawatuna is a bit of a Russian tourist trap. Aggressive tuktuk drivers and merchants. Jungle Beach nice but crowded. The Sea Waves...

“great place! the breakfast was delicious and portion sizes were great. I visited during the off season and had the entire place and pool to myself. the AC in the room and hot water pressure in the bathroom was a great surprise.pool was great and clean and we'll maintained. you can take a pickme to go around the town and get to the beach . would visit again”

“We didn’t like our first room and the people at the front desk gave us a different room a few days later…which was so much better! The staff was great, the food was great, and we enjoyed staying there. The pool was small but we enjoyed using it to cool off in. The beach had a steep drop, so was hard if you didn’t know how to swim, but you can walk to the end of the beach and find a gently sloping area to swim in…”

“I would highly recommend Sergeant House. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and good air conditioning. Lots of welcome extras included such as insect repellent, cookies, robes, sunhat and beach towels. The hotel is in a great location but set back from the road so lovely and peaceful. The manager was really helpful in arranging tours and airport transfers”

“I had a lovely stay; the location is super, the staff very friendly, good breakfast & lovely pool! The oasis of the garden offers a quiet break from the busy town & streets. Walking distance from the restaurants, beach, supermarket & shops. I would not hesitate to book again! ”
