“We stayed for 2 nights, and we both thought that the food and the public areas were amazing. We also booked the yoga classes which were great. The bungalows are very cool, they are open, so you get a pretty unique experience. The beds are a bit on the hard side, this should be improved.”

“At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there.”

“Hotel: Levels Unawatuna Room no: Superior Double Staff: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Soundproofing: 2/10 (music from pool area) Blockout curtains: Yes, but light from the hallway shines through the sides of the blinds. Comments: Spectacular view. Electronic dance music/subwoofer from pool area is loud and can be heard in the room, even though there was no people at the pool. Made it feel like more of a nightclub vibe than a hotel. The music didn’t stop until 9.15pm when I called...

“Wat een heerlijke plek om onze reis door Sri Lanka af te sluiten! De kamers zijn prachtig, het ontbijt is lekker en het heerlijke zwembad maakt het helemaal af! We hebben bij het hotel een massage geboekt op onze laatste dag, dit was goed stevig maar ook lekker. Het hotel zit op ongv. 15 minuten met de tuktuk van de strandjes/restaurants, maar dat wisten we van te voren en vonden wij met het heerlijke zwembad helemaal niet erg. ”

“everything is made to make you feel welcome, the staff is wonderful, from the cleaners to the pool technician, the cooks , the people at the reception and the manager, thank you all for this lovely stay! the place is a little paradise on earth, the rooms, the restaurant, the swimming pool, the location, one of the best place we ever stay. 2 steps away from the beach, jungle, shopping, restaurants etc.., but away from the busy main street. will defitinely come back!”

“PROS: We had an amazing 4-days stay at Elysium. This Boutique Hotel is a true gem worth every 5-stars, nested a short-tuk-tuk ride from Unawatuna or Galle. The hotel is on a quiet beautiful beach. There are rocks, so you cannot swim directly in from the hotel, but you have a small and beautiful cove 100m on the right.
