“We found the house to be rustic-modern. Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Comfortable living room for all of us and good wifi made movie watching while off the lake a nice treat (and helped us tackle a remote day working without skipping a beat).”

“Property was as described. This is a unique stay for the under 55 crowd. The place was clean. Hot water and pressure was great. Think tiny house and be reasonable with expectations and it was a cute stay. We enjoyed the upper deck sitting area in the mornings. ”

“It is a good location by the lake, you have many boats available to use. Beautiful room and deck in the yard. Just found some ladybugs by the window. shower is a little small. Others are good. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The kayaks were in great condition and taking them out on beautiful Caddo lake, paddling in between the mysterious Cypress trees amongst white water lilies is not to be missed! It’s a remote spot and we appreciated that the owner had thought of little things - dish soap, laundry pods etc. that not all rentals come stocked with. Close to the state park for lovely hiking, overall recommend this for a great and adventurous get away from city life!...
