The home is clean and very comfortable with lots of sitting areas, inside and out. Perfect location for Caddo Lake boat tour options. The host was very attentive on all aspects of the rental with quick and accurate information.

It was just like the pictures said. Right when i opened the door, I noticed how clean it was and how good it smelled. When you think about a house boat, you think, musky,lake smell.
