“The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. ”

“Room is nice, comfortable, quiet and big Kitchen is not well equipped. And need maintenance. Hotel has no services. Only breakfast on room. That is good enough. But they are building a restaurant. Area is busy. Full of restaurant and bars. ”

“Diese Anlage liegt total abgelegen und deshalb haben wir hauptsächlich gewechselt in eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Ubud. Diesen Sachenverhalt hätten wir natürlich selbst bedenken müssen. Das ändert aber nichts daran, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber und die Kissen Stockflecken hatten. Insgesamt machte die Villa einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck (Flecken auf den Sofas). Und auch der Pool war nicht wirklich einladend. Morgens das Frühstück direkt in der Villa zubereitet zu bekommen, finden...

“Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

“Old villas that need to be updated. Location was fantastic. Breakfast not good. There are no common showers so we couldn’t have a shower after the beach. Staff was nice, they gave us our room before check in time (although they refused at first) ”

“I was really surprised by the same room condition as the picture. It was nice to be able to stay with the reservation in my eyes because I fell in love with the picture. The staff is kind, too. (especially a female employee named desak(?).
