“All good ”

“Todo excelente, la limpieza, la atención, el servicio en el desayuno y las facilidades. Volvería en mi proxima visita.”

“We had a lovely stay at Candlewood. The staff were kind, friendly, helpful. The site was well maintained. Room was clean and quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice amenities. Nice kitchen with dishware, cookware, etc. Pet friendly for our husky. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with dog and crate. Great central location for Vestal / Broome County.”

“Staff was great. Room was old and run down. Had to call maintenance twice to fix TV. Room had an unpleasant smell.”

“Front desk gave me to keys to a room that was already occupied and it was quite embarrassing to walk in on a man and a small child in the room. They told me it wasn't their mistake but rather corporate was working on the computer system and it showed that the room was unoccupied. I knew were being untruthful at the time. They said that they would refund $75 dollars but did not. I contacted corporate. Will not ever stay at this particular hotel again.”

“Muy bueno, limpio y personal agradable.”

“Hôtel muy viejo y muy caro porque no hay muchas opciones en la región . Necesita de toda urgencia una reforma en profundidad . Los baños son espantoso la moqueta sucia y mal oliente .”

“Older beautiful mansion converted to a spa hotel. Loved the decor from the 1800s. Breakfast was very good especially the fresh fruit and wonderful bacon. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.”
