“We stayed 2 nights and the service was wonderful, close to the train station and all hotel staff was friendly with us. The breakfasts is basic but delicious and dinner was great. We would return!!! 👍”

“We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald ”
“The hotel is fine,.. service could improve in the lobby where waiters don’t come to you at times ever. But more importantly the reason I booked was because I was told shuttles ran back and forth to gstaad which was a service I was told existed to encourage me to book and that was not the case as hotel us just outside town. taxis took long to arrive and it was at times frustrating to see the hotel shuttle unused and not available to move guests to and from town

“Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was extraordinary, friendly and caring. The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and nice and so quiet. The view from our room was breath taking. Just a few minutes from Visp. Plenty of parking spaces. ”
“We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. ”
“Best service and welcoming. Historic Hotel in perfect conditions: cleaning and maintenance. Very comfortable rooms with all the essentials. Good breakfast with a nice selection of different products. Great locations with amazing views, 5min walk to Crans Montana main street with shops and restaurants. I would defiantly come back to Bella Lui.

"Came as part of a trip around Europe. This hotel is one of the most beautiful and wonderful places I have ever visited.
Better than the pictures and the description.
Truly amazing, the view of the mountain from the room, breathtaking.
The well equipped kitchen and the feeling of being taken care of is great.
The property is brand new, everything spotless and with a warm taste that makes you feel cozy and just so happy.
