“The staff was great, especially the folks in the lounge (Dat and the main bartender) breakfast was wonderful, dinner options were a little expensive but mostly pretty good. Spa was nice altho it would be nicer to have men and women allowed to use the same area as my partner and I were the only ones on each side and got kind of bored alone. Area around the space is beautiful and the temple on the mountain is unbelievable! Overall, it was a great stay”

“This is a stunning property with beautiful views of Halong Bay from every window. My room was amazing - possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The food in the hotel is outstanding with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this idyllic property. ”

“I recently did a two-day cruise in Halong Bay, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. A special mention goes to Frank, our guide, who was not only fun and engaging but also went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. His energy really added to the experience.

“Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped.
In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen.
