“Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. Shortly after bathroom use, the toilet began to leak which was very unsanitary. I informed host that we just couldn't complete the stay. She...
