“Lovely breakfast, very cosy historical farm house, excellent countryside area. Sorry to be late for check-in(didn't notice only 16:00-18:00 check-in hours), and Ms Woods had to wait for me for a few hours. Overall we had a nice stay in East farm house. ”

“Room was good, nice furnishings and comfy bed. Lovely breakfast at Duck cafe. No sign of clock radio as described or Cowshed toiletries - they were generic. Bathroom was in need of a good scrub and the curtains dragged on the floor so the bottom 30cm were filthy. However good location& friendly staff We did choose the hottest day to stay so the room was quite hot !”

“Beds are comfortable and there are tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms are clean and there is plenty of hot water. Car parking is easy. They provide a fan which was useful as the traffic is a bit noisy to have the window open. Curtains are very thin so the room is light from early morning. They don’t offer a cooked breakfast on Wednesday or Thursday mornings but there is a continental choice of toast, pastries, cereal and yoghurt.
