“The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me. “Great resort option! We chose this place because it advertised nice pools and great beach front/reef to snorkel at. We got more than we bargainined for- starting with the lovely staff, very helpful and friendly- we didnt know at the tim eof booking but RTP is samoan owned and run. “We spent ten days at the resort and despite of a couple days of wet weather we had a wonderful time. The view from the restaurant was amazing! The tropical breakfast was very good . The Spa at the resort was excellent, especially massage and face treatment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday.”
