“Location was 9 minutes to Breckenridge gondola parking lot. Easy access from main road, 1/10th of a mile. No major hill climbs with vehicles (important during the snow season). Had substantial snow fall during the night, side road was plowed in early morning before leaving at 7:30 AM. House was clean, everything was functional. Jacuzzi, Bar-B-Q, clean & operational. “Property was incredible. Just incredible. You could hear a pin drop at night. You definitely need 4WD haha. It snowed like crazy during our stay but they got the driveway plowed for us. We had zero complaints. Well actually, it could use a new grill. The knobs don’t function as they should and we couldn’t use it. No biggie. We used the oven/stovetop. We had such a great time doing nothing. Plan ahead and make sure you have all the food and water you will need. The weather is no joke up there....

“This is a very cozy cabin in the mountains. There was close to four feet of snow on the deck when we were there during March for Spring Break. It is pet friendly (with a small fee) which was a plus for us! The rug in front of the fireplace had not been vacuumed when we arrived and there were other similar cleaniness concerns, but nothing huge. It is a cabin the mountains! Our only caution would be if you are a group of four and stay multiple days, you may run out of well water if you shower...

The 3 story cabin is located just about 30 minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort, and we went there every single day because it was so close. “The property was gorgeous! The drive was a bit rocky, but the views you get to see on the way there was amazing. We stayed when the fall colors came in and absolutely loved the neighborhood! The home was clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of space. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. It was an awesome weekend, we would highly recommend!”

“The cabin was impeccably clean, with room for 5-6 people comfortably. The hot tub was one of the cleanest hot tubs I've seen at a VRBO or similar property. The view is spectacular and you truly feel secluded. The kitchen is great my only suggestion is that if you're planning on cooking all of your meals bring your own knives, but otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. :)”

Everything was clean, and comfortable. I appreciate the host rental company touching base via text, so you felt like you had a line to someone if needed. I appreciated the guestbook with home/neighborhood info & the do’s/don’ts. Very helpful! I will stay here again & would definitely recommend.”
