“The stairs were a lot, and then stairs inside as well. The toilets were too low to sit on for tall people! Bathrooms need an upgrade, bathtub very slippery and the tile is coming off, loose! Upstairs area was ok, very hot, no air-conditioning.”

“Big Bear Lake was a great getaway for our much needed family vacation. Our cabin was very cozy and charming. We had all the amenities we needed. Great location. Close to the Lake, hiking, shopping, & dining. ”

“There was a mouse in the cabin, we called for support ,maintenance was sent and placed glue traps behind the stove. Not the experience I was expecting for my husband’s birthday weekend. we actually only slept at cabin one night instead of two that were paid off due to this inconvenience.”

“Our stay at this property was unpleasant. Several small but important issues made the experience disappointing. The window locks were broken, and there was a hole in one of the windows that looked like it may have been caused by a BB gun. We also found personal belongings left behind from previous visitors, including a red bra and Tylenol.This property was advertised as family-friendly, but based on our experience, I would not recommend it for families.
