“Lovely room comfortable bed staff friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast”

“All was great”

“We had a nice and comfortable stay overall. The venue is lovely, with beautiful views and a great location. The rooms were nice, although a little dated in places. There were just a few things that could have been better. The toiletries were very limited for two people – only one soap, one shower gel and one body lotion. There was also a crack in the shower, and the water was filling up when using the sink, which wasn’t ideal. The spa was lovely, but we were disappointed that we had to pay...

“Great!”

“We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. “Bien los servicios en el desayuno y el café. El lugar espectacular. La ubicación si hay que cenar es mala. El restaurante siempre sin lugar aún para huéspedes. Cualquier cosa fuera de lo ordinario es difícil de encaminar. El desayuno es carísimo”

“Stayed for a wedding 💒 every thing was thought of and loved our room opposite the main venue … real milk! Loads of charm , great Fullers Find xx”

“The hotel is not in Oxford, is actually 30 minutes drive from the actual city and just a few rooms have air conditioning. If you plan to come during summer, the rooms are quite hot.”

“Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b”

“All good but it felt like there was constant cleaning around you as cleaning staff had trolleys in the corridor which made it feel a little unorganised and messy”

“Muy bien está en las afueras de la ciudad cerca del centro peropor ende hay que estar con coche de lo contrario no hay movilizacion”

“Todo excelente”

“Lovely B&B would have been nice to have Breakfast included in the room rate. Room lovely, comfy bed a great pillows. Lovely Roast. We will definitely return !”

“Loved this place.”

“The hotel is a lovely building, the staff were nice”

“Communal areas excellent but rooms a little tired, especially bathroom which needs some tlc. Staff excellent. Dogs allowed and well received.”
