The seafood set we ordered for dinner wasn’t cheap, but it was quite substantial and satisfying. Various sounds from around the hotel could be heard from early in the morning, and the shower temperature and water pressure were somewhat lacking. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. “Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another...
