“We loved the location! Our room was good. The staff were very helpful. Food was not available when we could have used it, and it was the same with the pool - minimal hours.”

And then on our checkout day, the housekeeper asked if we were checking out at 9:50 when the checkout time was 11. And when we said we had one more bag to grab he looked down at his watch like he was in a hurry so we felt like we better leave by 10, even though we had another hour left still.”
