“The check in process was complicated compaired to all the other accomodations we have stayed.there ead no welcome pack, dirty and worn out kitchen sponge, the photis on the internet are misleading, they advertise that there is a wash room upstairs but it was 2 tiny basins with cold water only. The onsen indoors was dirty so we had to scrub it clean to then use it, there was 1 mirror so the six of us were fighting for it in the morning. No umbrellas and it rained the time we were there. “露天風呂は開放感があって良い。 しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。 室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない） エアコンの暖房が効かない 備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。 敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。 総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。 唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。”

“楽天stayハウスは２回目の利用ですが、客室内は清潔にしてあり良かったです。シングルベッドの方がもう少し快適に眠れたと思います。また脱衣所が少し狭い印象でした。でも家族一同高評価なのでまた利用したいと思います。”

“部屋がたくさんあり、広さもありました。ベットが結構グラグラで寝心地は微妙。お風呂の鍵が脱衣所側にあり、子供が間違えて鍵を閉めてしまい私だけ風呂の中に閉じ込められ気づくまでの何十分を不安で過ごしました。特に風呂の扉の鍵は早めに改善してほしいです。”
