Approaching Spitzkoppe in Namibia´s Damaraland. Great camping spot after lots of miles of nothingness.
In the middle of nowhere on the way from Namibia´s coast to Spitzkoppe Mountain. We came across one single car on the entire 120km.... #OnTheRoad
The night sky in Namibia is usually great as Namibia is sparsely populated (2nd least populated country after Mongolia b.t.w.), which means little light pollution. I just set up my camera next to our car on the campsite, my second try at milky way photography ever, and this is one of the results. #nature #adventure #Trovember
Secret C This special spot in the Spitzkoppe rocks is a delight for photog buffs. The early and late night light give remarkable shadows to the also remarkable rock formations. #localsecrets
Spitzkoppe is a big rock formation in the middle of the desert. This place is really cool for astrophotography and night photography in general, given that there is no big city around. There is a camping all around the mountain, with barely anything, but that's what makes it so cool ;) The campsites are fare from each other and you feel very alone in this gorgeous scenery ! #BvAstro

Die Lage ist einmalig, die Zelte eher spartanisch und ohne Klimaanlage. Das Essen über 6 Jahre sehr konstant und ausgezeichnet !
