“Everything about our stay was great. The views from the deck were sublime. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was spacious. Everything in the bathroom and shower worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was a perfect base to explore Capitol Reef. When we return to the area, we will stay here again!”

“Small but well appointed and clean. WiFi worked great and appliances were very nice and new. Just and fyi for the area, bring bug spray if you’re coming in summer. There were tons of bugs flies etc everywhere. Also there’s a lovely community fire pit area but there was some trash and junk around it.”

“Beautiful drive up mountain to find this lovely condo unit. Nice change from city life, quiet and peaceful. Unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials, just remember to bring food and gas up before heading up mountain as there is no gas station or store up there. Restaurant is also closed in off season. Very nice place, helpful staff and everyone we ran into was very friendly.”

“We were very happy with the sleeping accomodations. The beds were comfortable and there was a couch in another room that our one daughter with sensory issues could escape to, to sleep. The kitchen was good and overall location was good. We had Internet issues but they were quickly resolved.”

“We enjoyed staying here for many reasons, location to the lodge as well as to the skiing. Condo building is older, but this unit has been updated and we very much enjoyed the hardwood floors, WiFi and live streaming, and comfortable beds. The only issues we had with the unit was its overall cleanliness, as we found dust bunnies in every room, a dirty oven, and a dirty shower curtain. The location is great and within walking distance to the lodge, but the driveway is a bit steep so chains or 4wd...

“Good location and clean place. Only complaint is that the heat doesn’t work the best. Even though the heat doesn’t work the best, it worked well enough and wouldn’t prohibit me from staying again.”

“When we arrived the unit was trashed and not cleaned from the previous renters. No one answered our calls to come clean the unit. We were stuck in the snow with no service. Luckily the ski resort had a room for us. It has been almost a week and still no word from the property. They are ignoring us. I have to report fraud to my bank and hotels.com isn’t helping either. ”

“I love the location of this condo and that it is pet friendly. The condo has comfy pillows and beds and decent kitchen. It could use coffee pot and real glasses. When we arrived it was 44 degrees inside. It took multiple messages to property manager to figure out what buttons to use to restart fireplace and bedroom heater. It took hours to warm up, it was miserable. The door is very hard to open and close/lock. It's not the property's fault but other pet owners were HORRIBLE. Some one...

“Well the Place was cute and Cozy. A couple things that i wasn't to pleased about In the pictures they show a foosball table, but there are no Foos balls, so the game is useless Bathroom towels were a but stinky, dishes were still in the dishwasher when we arrived ( Not put away ) , the heater / Vent in the bathroom doesnt work, the toilet paper holder was loose and falling apart ( Luckily i had some tools w me so i fixed it ) Other then that, great place and very close to the Lodge. “My husband and sons stayed here for their yearly get together! They loved being able to go right from the condo to the lift! So easy! They were also in walking distance to the lodge! It was the perfect location for them! They had tons of fun and John was wonderful to work with!”

“If you are heading to Eagle Point for summer or winter activities, this is the cabin you want to book. Perfect location! Well stocked! Super clean! Friendly host! We stayed here during peak season and couldn't be happier! It's right next to the resort. You can get onto the lift, head to the restaurant, or pick up lift tickets and no unit is closer than this one! Do yourself and the family a favor a book this cabin!”

“I have stayed in the village before. All properties are walking distance to the slopes and the ski runs. What made this place significantly better was the inside. Everything was comfortable, clean and high end. It was decorated beautifully. I would strongly recommend staying here and I will again the next time I visit.”
